Well colour me optimistic, I've been offered a job working upstairs at the Garden Centre. This is good in a multitude of ways, but the offer isn't written in stone yet. I have to give the manager a week to work out the finer details, but from the way the conversation went I'm very confident that there'll be a job for me this time next week.
I've also applied for driving lessons, which is another step towards independence for me. I'm happy that I'm finally going to learn, but also nervous about it. I'm sure I'll be fine.
